The ARMA side ballistic panels are designed for installation in cummerbunds (side straps) of tactical plate carriers and body armor. Made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) — the leading material for soft ballistic protection.
Unlike Kevlar, UHMWPE maintains its protective qualities even when wet. These panels are lightweight, flexible, and comfortable for extended wear. Dimensions: 13×30 cm.
Protection classes according to DSTU 8782:2018:

Class 1: 25 layers UHMWPE, stops 9×18 mm (Makarov) and 9×19 mm (Luger), weight — 200 g, backface deformation ≤ 23 mm.

Class 2: 40 layers UHMWPE, also resists 7.62×25 mm (Tokarev), weight — 280 g, deformation ≤ 20 mm.
