You may return or exchange any item purchased from our online store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, if it does not meet your expectations.
Returns and exchanges of items in proper condition are only possible if the item is unused, retains its original appearance, and includes all tags and labels.
Our online store does not have physical warehouses or retail outlets, so all returns must be made via Nova Poshta.
Shipping costs for returning items with defects are covered by the online store.

Refunds will be issued to your bank card within up to 10 business days, starting from the date we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
